Sins are plentiful and going back to APC of Abstinence Prayer and Charity, its working at least for me. Sins are plentiful but at least i am not so hard on myself. My faith unwavering and yet losening up myself. I'm glad things happen though it was sure painful. I was even joking with Teresa one time that i have developed a new muscle on my heart from all the events.

My current perspective in general.
A Boy Scout would still be a Boy Scout no matter how difficult society gets. I am still surprise at my present juncture and ability to believe so much in this International Movement. I have many who tell me that their surprise that I am still able to make time to go back to Scouting. I guess its not so much of making time but giving back what the movement gave to me. I'll make it an aim to make a trip to Sweden in 2011 for the next WSJ (World Scout Jamboree) as well as make a detour to Milan for the WYD (World Youth Day). Let's see main reasons to rationalize my trip would be to be part of the IST (International Service Team), and to be part of the Singapore Contingent for WYD. I thank God for having allowed me to know that a passionate missionary like Brian Butler exist. It is definitely a great boost to my faith. ^____^ Its been 5 years since my Baptism/Confirmation and I am now at a stage where it seems I'm certain i just got the message of which vocation I am going towards.
True friends in this world are hard to come by. Okay maybe not the world but just in this small little island. Its quite interesting how the third scout law " A Scout makes friends, establishes and maintains harmonious relations" makes me see how certain acquaintances behave much better then the people whom you deem as friends.
I love my job. I am given the luxury by my Boss Mr. Patrick Tan the opportunity that many do not get to exercise the rights of a self-employed in the job i so love. The job of helping others not in just monetary sense but of their health and relationship with those around them. I do not really care if others are skeptical about this whole business but i would be bothered if they do not give themselves a chance to experience. Heh..
Thanks God the Father for these amazing gifts especially for the year and 4 days with my Sweet Honey Love.

I need to go for some communication workshop or such as I don't seem to have the zest to speak and go deeper. I need to find out what the missing link is. In a society where the title FC is deeply tarnished, will the spirit and passion of the minority be able to show and impress upon the rest that a FC is more then just insurance sales?

Its interesting on how Mr. Peter likes to draw similar birth roots of SM* and JNP and that the ideals and methods of Financial Planning from the two respective branch heads are totally different.
Totally disgusted by the way he tried to put across that his company has a bigger market share as compared to mine. Totally disgusted when he claims that a profession requires a particular age limit before one can enter. Totally disgusted when he tried to show off his "wealth". A typical Snobbish Citizen. A product of our "previous" education system.

Heh.. Projected 2I/C and i'm not given the luxury of chilling out and having fun in the last few months of my national liability.
Its 78 more days and i'm some what looking forward to it though i'm still lost as to where my direction or path is.
Lunar New Year as well as the Season of Lent has begun thus my mix feelings all over. A Solemn and Joyful celebration for all.

Its quite an interesting lesson today where i dun think think the teens were attentive but i manage to complete at least half a lesson after a long time. Its quite amazing coming from someone who hasn't been spiritual sane in a long time.

Seems like my thoughts are all in a mess. Well *crosses fingers and hopes for the best*

99 Days...

Its 99 more days to what many people term freedom.

Myself on the other hand am quite uncertain of what lies ahead as i have not gotten an entry into any Universities as of yet. A bleak future for someone with my GPA unless by some miracle, i would be entering a local university. My head tells me its good but my heart tells me its not necessary. So much for one "body".

Finances are much more stable as compared to a month ago. At least I'm treading on water taking in some fresh air with chlorinated water.

As superficial as each week passes, i seriously need to re-look into the parish i'm in. A happy and joyful facade is not something i long for. A parish where i used to think it was home. Now sermons that do not hit hard but are just what many people call textbook answers. Then again. Is it just my prayer life? Or have my spirituality gone down the thick dark sewers of the abyss.

Week 20 have not been a smooth one. As much as i would not like to say it but i believe i'm the cause of it all. Let's put our hands together and journey forward.

With all that is mentioned, its time to pack up and clean up for LNY ^___^...

To imitate the holy family calls for many sacrfices sometimes beyond our control.
To cause a seperation is an selfish act of personal freedom towards one's infant.
To remain in the "perfect family" with many fine hair line cracks of unhappiness spells doom for those within.

So then which is better?

As i sat among the last few rows of the pews, i pondered to myself, what it means to have the first community a family.

It was never easy to have a family that members truely cared for one another. But it was never easy to begin one anyway. Of which i myself start reflecting on what i desire.

So which is a role model father as thus far?
I would suppose Uncle Francis is the man... Oh well

On top of this my other half is having many problems with home. A dysfuctional home like the latter as mentioned above. When will there truly be love? In what most people call home a place of refuge.

On a side note, My bestfriend and a prick are going through what most people call storming. I wish for the best and do hope i do not lose them.

Its interesting how i find myself in this endless pit of pain right before baptism. LOL~!

Gosh its been ages since i see you folks. Actually i'm quite glad that i finally took the liberty to see you guys. It has been long yes to the point that i only saw Boss since BMT. Sometimes having to have too much input without output keeps the balance in any system downright off. It appears that after about 1 year plus, the feeling of feeling like the whole world is against you and that for that some unknown reason, the heart just sinks. Is asking to be heard sometimes too much to ask for from someone whom can reasonably be good ear to others? As of now, principles are messed up, life have no better direction then before.

I'm just living by the days. Is that all? I'm afraid not. Most people ever mentioned that once your more or less there, life would more likely by smooth sailing. I beg to differ.

As the title mentions i just lost 3 wisdom teeth yesterday. It was sure bloody especially this morning when i glance at myself in the mirror and to my horror a bloody cheek and jaw. It looks as though i was on an eating spree of cannibalism.

A great movie in my opinion, Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen was a definite good catch that got me thinking as to where my life was in the direction of leadership.

An appointment with two financial planners. (Feels like two timing) LOL! Got me back on track as to where is the direction of my financial goals heading.

Many awkward moments with friends and uncertain as to where time would bring us to. Remember the past, think about the future and most importantly live the present. Its the present we have most control of anyway unlike the other two.

Imagine a person filled with values from the time he or she is born if all those values got internalised. Using myself for example: Thriftiness, Tidiness, Scout Law & Promise, Honesty, Humanity, Humility,Integrity & Service and the lastest addition Officer's Creed. A span of 22 years with values injected at every stage. Its quite amazing how people go through life without internalising all these values. *Food for thought*

A new journey awaits as my personality changes. For better or for worst its biting into my older conscious as to what to do or expect. Life was suppose to a lot more tone down after commissioning. I guess that is not true.

Disappointed with what happened in class today, i seriously need to look into making time for absorbing and understanding lesson plans. It was just so awkward having to stare at them and them at me. Too comfortable with my Co-Catechist or am i just being sensitive? For something that i would genuinely sacrifice time, effort and space for, the remark was just some how devastating. Oh well... Life goes on...

Will be preparing for another overseas exercise. This time with my new battalion "the cutting edge". Some say its 7 weeks. Inside information tells me 5 weeks instead. Have to wait for it to come near.

I guess its very hard for someone to know or feel what is going on in my mind now that i have become a little bit more secretive in nature. It gets even harder to know that my life right now has very little similarities to those around me. Seeking to be understood as to understand. The best thing is to attempt to share once joy with somebody who does not know the full extent of how joyous that particular event or activity that took place. I suppose it boils down to what i wish to communicate again.

Having found new courage to stand up again spiritually, i believe my present drive with Him would make obstacles and events more approachable. As to be within one's reach. Have been too dry too long. The life within me just fizzles away without the new re-kindled flame.

It was definitely an eye opener for me to see so many wild people -______-!! Not forgetting a particular someone whom i find irritating found within the club premises.

Saw Nicholas and Justin in their drunken stupor. Shall not elaborate on what went of further.

I personally tried my best to get in the mood for hip- hop. I failed terribly. I ain't going to club again unless its mambo. (The feeling got even much worst when my COURSEMATES!!!! (Shall not say who) left me within the club myself. I miss those days of clubbing with my ex-polyclassmates and V (Five).

42 more days to end of AIOCC and 64 days to Commissioning Parade. I can't help but think if i would pull through Taiwan. Well there has been many talks on certain incidents happening due to negligence. I pray that it would all turn out alright at least for my course that is.

I do feel puzzled at times why i found myself choosing Armour as a second choice. The real training has not begun yet and sometimes i find myself questioning if i am up to it. Well its for the black beret nevertheless.

Now given close to 2 weeks of block leave, i need to re-energize myself from all that training. To make it a even more pressing issue to rest, clubbing two days in a row would simply just drown me. Not to mention that the music wasn't as fantastic as before.

Field camp was an experience with Platoon Sergent toying our willpower every once in a while. In the process of the camp, i have acquired many forms of discipline. The most important would be camp hygiene in terms of food consumption. My goodness! That day I had my lunch and puked out was one of the worse ever experience gained from BMT. I had my first ever "drip" in the Ops of Tent by Medic Fong. Thanks a million! A hell of an experience with a drip on my left and my wife Emily Ruth by my right. Will never ever forget that moment.

Another thing i am going to highlight would be my weekend fiesta.
1st Bookout Japanese Cuisine with Mum and Uncle at Central Shopping Mall.
2nd Bookout Filipino Cuisine with Elizabeth and Neil at Katong.
3rd Bookout American Cuisine at some place in Tanglin together with JC and her friends.
4th Bookout Paris Internation Buffet tomorrow at Marina Square with Section Mates.

Well it actually meant catch up!
I was visiting Charmaine and Aloysius today at NYP in the early afternoon after so long. Glad to know that their kicking and fine. LOL! Yeah! Its just so weird and funny though. heh heh

I later went home and then moved out to Marina Square Carl's Junior to meet up with Joseph Lee with regards to campfire discussion. Gee, its one of those topics where i will never be at ease until its over. After that heavy discussion, its more catch up time!

Its quite weird how the meeting point at Raffles Place MRT ended up at Maybank Tower. The outing group made out of Sandy, Jun Xian, Zun Kit, Mark, Wilson and myself rendezvous at Central Shopping Mall at 2030hrs.

Having Manhattan Fish Market's Giant Platter with a multiple of three, it was definitely a sumptuous and filling one. We stopped over at starbucks to simply chill out and drink.

It was great meeting you guys again! Will see Jun Xian and Zun Kit in Tekong! CheerioSss

Lunch at Prego Italian Restaurant @ Swissotel

It was a meeting that I did not anticipate at all after what happened in 2005 during the first two months of my time at Catholic Junior College (CJC).

We met up outside Mont Blanc at Raffles City and strode towards Prego, an Italian Restaurant @ Swissotel. Stunned and feeling awkward, I quickly thought to myself "Oh my goodness, i am under dress and Arhhhhhh!! its going to be costly!!!!!"

We spoke over lunch and catch up on what i have been doing for the past 3 years that we were not in contact. We spoke about his school, my faith, his students, OCS in general, protestants and WYD.

I was quite afraid of him then. As of now, he is simply a friend of mine.

HmmZ Wednesday night was a great night with Wyman cracking our minds and experiences to the very same kinds of Mother Mary herself. Thanks Wy-MaN~!! LOL! Its farewell for Terence too for he needs to prepare himself for enlistment next Thursday.

Well the night did not end up a mambo night at all as Zouk was packed to the brim as what Trey and Jun Xian recounted to me. Next one we knew best was St. James Powerhouse! Unaware it was Ladies night too at powerhouse, it was more packed then usual too! Yikes! On top of that my first three hours of R&B music wasn't very much pleasant. LOL! Oh Well!

There was certainly a lot of drinking going on with some sudden burst of enthusiasm for familiar tracks! haha! The last 3 songs were good with a sudden moshing session from Wilson. LOL! Thank goodness the bouncer was lenient. I do not wish to recount what Jun Xian and Audrey went through. YEp! A good night where Trey, Zun Kit, Jun Xian, Wilson, Sek Leong and myself "celebrated" before the three of us turn ourselves next week!!!!

Sneak into Vivocity Part II happened yet again just that it wasn't all that deserted with cleaners roaming about and with apparently only one security guard in the whole vicinity! LOL! It was such a pity we couldn't take a picture with most of us using NS enabled phones. sigh!!!

We journeyed to Harbourfront hoping to find food. Much to our dismay, the Macdonald's was only 24 hours on Frr, Sat, Sun and PH! Cheers too was a let down. So what do you do with 6 hungry guys at the point of purging out their alcohol intake? LOL! Sek, Zun Kit and Trey left for home first while the rest of us settled for some food at Shell eventually instead of Hakim!

So that morning ended with Instant Noodles, Pokka bottled drinks, Oreo biscuits and stories of Cannibalism. *THANKS ALOT JUN XIAN* ..... creepy LOL!

Settling at home for 5 hours of rest, i journeyed back to St Pats to find out that the actual trial runs for plastic turtle race will be postponed to today as of 1 hour ago. ARGGg! Well it wasn't really a wasted trip as i had lunch with Mr. Soh and his stories to share of BMT! heh heh!

Made a trip to Woodlands to do some purchases. On top of that, catch Chris Cheah's FYP production "OrphanedL Through The Eyes" at Republic Polytechnic.
Though it was short and concised, it was good!! Yea! Went home for dinner followed by a muscular balm session before lights out!!

I am now confused as to who i really am. What i have internalized and what i have not. Its terrible to be examining oneself at this stage especially when one is already 21.

I guess i will need to spend more time on my own to rediscover who i really am and clear this confusion so that i can continue on. Continue on onto what lays for me in 14 days time.

Yesterday Noon was simply nostalgic and dreamy as i took out my SLR along with pictures that were taken. To my dismay, i have not developed two rolls of film yet! Yikes!!!! I wonder what do they contain. I guess a DSLR would re-kindle the wanting to just have fun taking pictures of moments one least expect. LOL!

Meanwhile, 3 of the 5 would be released in the next few hours or so and i would be joining my pre-enlistees at Zouk this coming Wednesday. ^__-!!

Well, things have been on a Topsy-turvy lately.
Passed my 1st Module for the CFP Certification Program.
A SMU Reject.

The lesson planning course run by Edwina for Confirmation Catechists was a great course in helping us to recognize where our strengths were. It also helped us to better improve our approach and methods into engaging our confirmands. Thanks Edwina!

Well, the VIC (1st Intake) for 2008 was quite a course that disappointed all the Leaders.
Anyway, to end of with a good note we would like to welcome - Bi-DiJi & Nokidee (II) to the Pajigwad Family.

I guess the most pressing issue right now for me would be the Pajigwad 70th Anniversary Campfire. I seriously require a dedicated team of people to run this event.

A Major's Speech...

Good evening!

I have to say that 21 years have flown by so fast. Enjoying my pre-school adventures of block hide and seek, i sure did enjoy those moment even before the term "school" came into my life.

Then came school. It sure was an enjoyable, frightening and maturing experience after having gone through 16 years of education. Friendships were forged. A new found faith to direct lead my life. The great love of the outdoors. The opportunities to groom teens towards adulthood. The chance to gain insights as to what Military life would be like. ( I have not completed my National Service for those who do not know) Moral values, virtues and grooming techniques.

I guess all those experiences have made me one way or another prepared for this age which demands so much. I was jokingly speaking to a colleague of mine Jian Hao that if they (My other team members) were to do anything wrong, they wont have the luxury of Prison life as of yet. LOL! Boys home, Girls Home yeah! That was what i meant.

No longer protected by Minor's law, the age of 21 surely demands an individual to be more responsible and vigilant in his or her actions. I won't be surprise if i am stricken with "offers" for letters of guarantee or other commercial gimmicks. On top of that, an individual like myself will now be legally opened to the many vices the world has to offer.

Well, life must still go on and i will be ready to take up the challenge of adulthood. As what Baden Powell says, "Be Prepared!"

Life seem to be getting much better with more workload on stack. Imagine not being able to do anything except work when there is no work given? That is pure boredom. I seem to be abstaining from chocolate too as it gets a little heaty in the body over time. I guess Amin is right by recommending herbal drinks daily. LOL!

Scouts
I had a nightmare where the 70th Anniversary Pajigwad Campfire went haywire. Was that a wake up call or some sort? I am definitely struck by it. I guess plans should be on the way as soon as my Jap test is over.

Japanese Language
My 1st term test is coming this Saturday! Cries Out Loud!! Did i ever told anyone my language proficiency is no where close to the acceptable standard. Well hopefully by giving more practices and watching j - drama, I will pass with flying colours.

Church
Con 1 teens are yet again for a consecutive second week in a row being restless and noisy. Sigh. What can be done? Well, patience like what Fred exemplify today. All for the greater glory of his Church. MEANWHILE, i am greatly disturb by all the vocation promotions etc. Its mincing my mind in a sense. Well, i don't know. To the priestly or matrimonial life? I can't believe even as i am out of school as of now, i am still tied down. I am tired with many commitments urging for attention. Thank goodness the mentor session for today went well and smooth.

The Con 1 camp is coming soon and gee everything is still not settled. Think i am not capable as of now to be a level representative. Sigh!

The AFP examinations is coming by on the 5th of April and i am not even ready for it. How am i to study for the coming examinations. Argghhhh! All I can do now is to pray and live day by day with God's grace.

Dying soon. Lol~! It appears that my commitments are all demanding of me this week. It will not be a pleasant weekend yeah.

So now that the patricians are all into their adventure camps and that the holidays are coming. Thank God there is a standstill in their activities. This however does not stop other scouting functions which i have so nicely opt out from otherwise i would be dead.

The IRAS training for my Temp Job is draining. Its like a whole different field with an element of Financial Planning. I would love to say that this Temp Job may grant me a better insight into taxation. This of course is in line with my Associate Financial Planner course. Its seriously draining having to squeeze that much content in the course of one week. Not to forgot i have a Jap class later today. Sigh~~!!!

Hope i will be able to squeeze some time to drop by SMU later today with SY. ^_^ Cheerios

As fellow Girl Guides, we are united through our Promise and Law in this worldwide community.

2 There really is no other voluntary organization in the world that brings together girls and women from as many countries and backgrounds as the Girl Guides. Guiding transcends culture, religion, politics and age. We belong to a very unique worldwide community, united by the mission of enabling girls and young women to fulfill their fullest potential as responsible citizen ofs the world.

3 In Singapore, World Thinking Day Celebration is one of the highlights of every year. Our theme this year is very aptly "Discovering your potential - Every Guide a Leader". For almost 100 years now, the Girl Guides have been developing and empowering girls and young women. As we look to the future and the challenges we face, let us remember that Guiding is relevant today.

MESSAGE FROM MR NICHOLAS TANG
CHIEF COMMISSIONER
SINGAPORE SCOUT ASSOCIATION

Dear fellow scouts,

1 2008 marks the start of the second millennium of scouting. We have just turned 100 years old and this is a remarkable achievement for any organization. We should be proud of this because it shows there must be something unique and valuable in scouting which is valued by so many countries and societies.

2 However we should not assume that there is therefore no need for change. Some may assume that if we have done well for a 100 years then we will also do well for the next 100 years if we continue to do the same. This is a fallacy and is dangerous. The world of today is very different from the world of yesterday. In fact the pace of change is now even faster than it was before and so the world of tomorrow is beyond anyone’s imagination. Are we prepared for this change? Do we welcome and embrace change?

3 Let me share with you a story about a cat in an Ashram in India. This cat loves the company of people and so each evening when the priest led his congregation in prayer, the cat would also wander around the prayer hall. The priest felt that the cat was distracting the devotees. So he tied the cat up every evening before the start of the prayers. This practice continued even after the priest passed away. Then one day the cat died too. The temple quickly found a replacement for the cat because everyone thought that tying up a cat during prayers is an integral and important part of evening prayers.

4 The story illustrates a key ingredient or pre-requisite before anyone can even begin to bring about change in any organization or practice. This is the need to examine and understand the rationale or reason behind existing practices. Very often we are afraid to challenge existing practices, like tying the cat in the story, and we just continue doing them even though the circumstances have changed. What is even more dangerous is that we start to create our own reasons for a practice that we do not even understand.

5 My fellow scouts, the word “scout” refers to a person that dares to venture into the unknown and to seek out new adventures and possibilities for his community. The world needs this true scouting spirit more than before because the future is even more uncertain as a result of the rapid changes that are taking place. However, we must be prepared to challenge our present practices and activities, understand them, and then either keep them or throw them away if they are no longer relevant to the present circumstances. Only then can we retain the true spirit of scouting and ensure that we will remain as the largest youth movement in the world.

Hmm, Congratulations to Singapore for winning the bid for the 2010 Youth Olympics! Finally, new sports facilities for its citizens to use. LOL~~!! It is actually quite interesting to find a write up by Reuters on how Singapore is to the rest of the world. Here is the short article.

* Singapore is famous for its tight social controls and restrictions on the sale of chewing gum. Homosexuality is illegal (but tolerated) and pornography is banned. Demonstrations are illegal, while public speaking and gatherings of more than four people require a permit. Reporters Without Borders' 2007 press freedom index ranked Singapore 141st out of 169 countries, after Azerbajian and Sudan, reflecting restrictions on the media and arts.

* Singapore has stiff penalties for drug use and a mandatory death penalty for drug traffickers. Singapore also practices caning for a variety of offences.

It appears i am taking too darn long to narrate my KL trip. LOL~~!! In short, it was a nice trip with plenty to eat and shop. The life. LOL~~!!

Well just an update on my current situation.

RC. Well, its lent and everything around me with concern to being holy is getting tougher and tougher as the days draw closer to Easter. Temptations and addictions are very much a sinners companion especially during this 40 days. Its difficult and tough yet with the reliance of God's love and his words, situations may turn for the better. I am still very much lost in this maze of life.
I caught up with my teenagers yesterday after a fortnight of not having to see them. People grow even during this short time.
Level representation ain't easy at all. Gee. Oh well. *Whines* LOL~!

Scouting. Well, its back to basics for the scout troop. With Sokittay and myself picking up the ropes yet again. To a path where scouts in my troop are groomed to become useful citizens of God and Man. Quite difficult huh? At the same time, i am getting testimonials for my service involvement towards the troop and international level. Am happy for one of my boys for coming close to receiving his Chief Commissioner Award. The 4th one since 2005.
You know, based on what Father John Paul had said, it is true that we all age according to time. It is also true that it is everyone's individual choice if he or she wishes to grow with age.

There are many who age but few who grow with age.

So as i was telling my Sec4s, they do not have a choice but be forced to go into pre-venturing. Every single one of them. It is their choice to become Ventures though. ^_^

Now as i wait for my results, i have finally gotten part time work at IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority Singapore) for three months. Ho Ho Ho ~~~!!! Results Results...... The results will be out by 27th February and I feeling really scared. Sigh~!
To drive my attention to something else, i have applied for NUS and would apply for SMU sometime in early March. Yep~!!!
If all goes well and is intended by God's will, i would be on my way to Jungle Hat, Red Beret and Stiletto.

It was a morning wake up call by Ms. D at around 6.30am. LOL! Think there was some lack of sleep some where but anyway, i went to wake up the rest as requested from Ms. D. Zun Kit slept like a log. Mark was much better being a light sleeper himself AnD!!!! ..... LOL I shAll not mEntioned wHat I SaW~~~!!...

We were not allowed to go for seconds once we left the breakfast compound. So it was an early morning with breakfast that was filling but not tasty. Sophia lated joined us while the girls proceeded to use the Jacuzzi and pool facilities. After we were done, we broke off with Jun Xian, Mark and Zun Kit using the Gym facilities while i used the swimming pool.

Oh my! Much to my horror, my swimming stamina has dropped by so much. Seems like swimming is more rigorous for the body than running. I need to come up with a new training plan. So i had an interesting interrogation by Pat and DiDi. Once it ended, it was down to my laps. In total i swam estimated 8 laps in total for the Olympic sized pool. Now the fun part comes in. I realized, i needed a key card to access the above levels as well as those below. I WAS STUCKED!!
I wanted to borrow the key card from those working at the restaurant but did not bother as it would look strange for a drench guy to do so. So i took the stairs down and told the Bell guy my situation. Nice and flexible, he let me in to make a call towards my room. My hero, Daniel Ng saved me!

It appears that the only person who was aware of my situation was Jun Xian who did not come to help me. Idiot. Lol! Well, i went on to bathed and then it was round two of shopping at Midland Valley. Supposedly suburban as compared to the city area we were in. A fifty ringgit note was all it takes for all of us to be brought there prim and proper with no mess of splitting up into four cabs.

Gee its getting late yet again. LOL!! Must enjoy day 2 of CNY. LaterZzzz ^_^

Bliss in Part II

Well enough of the food court. Once we had our filled. It was down to shopping. We started from the 7th floor as it appears that the 9th and 8th are very much deserted. No Ghostly appearances or whatsoever though. So it began clearing level by level only to find more and more ladies apparels. I wanted to get a pair of shoes but heck lol, it was kind of expensive. Moving on, we found ourselves at Metrojaya. It was a better place for me as i can very much tuned myself to its style. (Oh i forgot to mentioned. The people in KL dress like people from the West!) LOL! I went ahead to purchase a Tee and Bermudas after consultation from Zun Kit, Jun Xian and Mark. (You know! My dress sense is a total fashion disaster.)

It was Old Town later as we snacked on Ya Kun Kaya Toast food items. I snacked on the ice cream with Mark though. Ummm, Umm! The Blueberry Ice- Cream made me day. LOL! Come to think of it, it was the last few levels of LG, G, 1 and 2 that we found ourselves back in SGP ^_^. After that moment, we headed to our meeting point next to some bread store. It was a long wait with some miscommunication that have gotten the girls lost.

Later it was mission toiletries bag, where we head to some nearby hotel to reclaim what Pat's Bro's Friend left behind. Lol! After that short walk, we stopped by for some dinner. Hakka Mee! Yes! It was fabulously great. Its mouth watering yet not too salty. LOL! It was opposite to some IT building for those interested. After which it was more shopping as we head to some shopping centre that reminds us of Far East Plaza. It was gigantic though. Lots of F.O.S. shopping done here with Zun Kit and Jun Xian purchasing tops from here. As the shopping ended, we proceeded back home. It was nice to walk back as the stretch leading back to our apartments reminded us of a small part of Clark Quay. LOL!

Once back, we washed up and prepared for Zun Kit's belated birthday celebration. You can see more videos and pictures at my facebook account. Gee. That reminds me. THE CAKE WAS EXTREMELY CHEESY!! LOL Thats all for T+0.

The much awaited bliss~~~~!

Its the Holidays! Or rather the well deserved break. I'm still afraid over my Mathematics for Business grade. Gee. To resume my spring cleaning as soon as i can. Chinese New Year is like 2 days away.

Anyway KL trip was fun. Lol! Get a low down on what we did in graphics and video at my facebook account.

T-1 Day:
I spent the pre- event segment at the west amazingly. LOL! Well met up with Charmaine to chat over drinks. I was the only one drinking cause she is down with a bad cough. Well it was nice catching up with her. ^__^ After which, i met up with Patty whom was actually stoning at home. ARgg! Should have called her out earlier!

We took a train to Bukit Batok and waited almost an hour for the arrival of everybody. Zun Kit was the last. LOL! Well, we headed of to Wilson's place and wow, his house was nice and cosy.

With the Mahjong table set up nicely, they started playing while i proceeded to watch The Warlords on his PC. After all that, it was time for msn, e-mail and transformer time. That took up something before i eventually ended up on the Mahjong table. Lol! It was fun indeed. Oh well...

T+ 0:
After the game and a word of thanks towards the host, we headed to the nearby S-11 to have our breakfast. I think i was zonked out at that point of time ordering 2 cups of tea when i only needed one. It was finally concluded in that breakfast that Zun Kit was the cleanest among all of us and Jun Xian the last! Lol.

Taking service 187 and yet feeling happy and alive with no school (while mocking the school students around). It was funny yet i couldn't bring myself to accept that we are out of school. It was a moment of joy. Once we had arrived at our destination, we went on to play Uno upon the stairs to kill time. With dawn coming, it was (in order of appearance) Daniel Ng, Sin Ling, Ms. D, Sandy, Trey, Desmond, Sophia (& Jordan) and Daniel Chow. ^_^ It was at this moment, i felt fatigue kicking in. Stoning as a symptom i attempt to snap out of it by singing and moving around. It only resulted in people finding me more looney by the moment. Lol! The bus came and i was soon gone in thoughts journeying towards dreamland.

At the customs, it was awkward to find the only passengers of the bus to apply for permit to leave the country through customs. It was the same for the customs at Malaysia. With a smile and my cap of, i gotten my visa for 30 days around Malaysia on my biometric passport. The first ever stamp!!! Nice.

On with the travel, the bus took us on towards Berjaya Time Square with 2 intervals in between. Purchased the long awaited bubble gum for Patty and chewing gum for home. Gee was quite disturbed with the fact that the pirated DVDs were openly sold at such stop overs. At Time Square, we took a Teksi towards our Somerset Residence. It wasn't a nice feeling when i was crouching in a position so as to not get caught. Lol! Upon reaching, my goodness the residential apartment looked even better then my home!!! ARHHH!!!

It took us quite a while to get used to the apartment and thus our lunch was prolonged. So we embarked to find our lunch at Berjaya Time Square by taking the KL Monorail. It was queer finding myself on such a service. Upon reaching Time Square, we broke up into our own groups in search for clothes. Shopping Spree! Lol.

It was crazy having to go through 10 Levels plus 2 additional basement levels. The lunch was pathetic. (Try not to go to the Berjaya Time Square Food Court. It aint worthy it.)
Gee i feel like resuming another time lol.... Eating into my sleep. Cheers.

Less Than a Week

Its six more days to freedom from school! Hmm as much as i speak about freedom, i don't think its possible to be free with courses and projects to take up. Lol!

Yeah, just looking forward anyway.

As to updates as to National Service (NS), i have gotten a VA letter from Hendon Camp. Goodness!! Not to sure as to how to react. Mum ain't very happy with it where as for me, a sense of excitement and adventure awaits.

The only thing i am afraid is turning back into the sadistic fellow i used to be. LOL!
Oh well, until it comes.

Its just 13 more agonizing days to the unofficial graduation! At least with Business Development (BD) presentation now long gone for good, i can now slowly opened up the mess of worksheets and assignment that have been chucked one side and get them sorted out.

To now proceed with my revision plans.

In the process of climbing out of the manhole, i am faced with torrential rain that has made a slippery pathway out of the darkness. As i try to escape from this period of being moody and empty, i am halted by the barrage of examinations and presentation. Making this current journey all too easy as to just lie back and slipped back into nothingness.

Businesses Development Final Phase Presentation, Financial Planning ICA3 with International Trade Finance and Documentation, Mathematics for Business, Banking Law and Treasury Examinations. All of which i am not prepared for at this moment. 19 more days. Sigh...

Too keep the optimistic side of me, i have had some prayers answered yet again. Answers that was derived during Wyman's session last Wednesday.

Having a deprived childhood as well as coming from a home where i do not get everything i want, i realized i have already been given the best gifts from God. The gifts that i really wanted in my life.

The first is my Cub Scout Uniform, pretty much the only thing i ever owned at the age of 10. A gift that had given me hope, joy, love and faith. This does not include the Gameboy with Pokemon Yellow (which i have tried to save from my Penang Trip at Primary 6) and the Digimon Version 2 (Which eventually got confiscated by a prefect, i felt really stupid after that)

The second my Aunt Freda who has educated me about the faith which went in line with St. Michael's School and St. Patrick's School education. This of course led on to my Baptism three years ago.

The third is the gift of resilience, discipline and integrity all of which i have gained and learned to grow with over the years. I am just glad that these are the pillars of my life. Without this virtues, i would have really gone all the way to becoming a delinquent. Not forgetting the Shamrock Virtues which i have also attempted to inculcate during my Patrician days.

The fourth is the loving community of OLPS, Catechist and Youth Mentors Ministry which i found very hard to find in my own home. Thanks so much.

Thanks Father, Son and Spirit One. Please continue to guide me in my life.

With the festivities of Christmas and New Year, at this present stage in my life i am feeling sort of low in my life. Not that i lost anything or been put down by someone. It just this emotional (Emo) period yet again.

The reflections of my current self with those around. About how death is quick and easy. About how i have not been spending quality time at home amidst the workload at school and the other commitments.

Well hope this Emo period will pass by quickly. Meanwhile, can someone give me a strategy on how to beat a computer opponent in Shogi? .....
