Living the life of a Cathecist requires more expectations in this era where issues become realistic.

Sigh, life in the Consumer Banking World for telephone sales really ain't my cup of tea. Though i may have become quite proficient on the phone when dealing with customers, its just the irritating feeling of being treated by arrogant and ignorant customers.

The worst part of all this is when your getting really good in selling the product, you face more competitions be seeing more officers selling the same product now to their customers. This spells doom for the Interns commission.
