The only thing i was upset about was that the Singapore IST was not part of the IST contingent but are part of the Singapore Contingent in Fjord. I later came to learn that it is the bonding of a small contingent and group that matters instead of forming up a new group with people whom you are not aware of. Yes, the jamboree was meant to forge new friendships. It is also a place where you learn more about your existing partners and friends to forge new directions and experiences.
